You can return an item eligible for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order. We'll refund the price you paid for your item, excluding costs beared by The Golden Designers, back to your original payment method. Not all of our items are eligible for a refund, please ask to ensure if the product is eligible or not.
In order to return a product, please first inform us through e-mail: info@thegoldendesigners.com or through our contact form and we will start the process. Please note that you will need to cover the delivery cost of the product back to us.
